Connie Le
Co-Founder & COO
Classroom teacher and MTSS Coordinator with 23+ years in K-12 education. She is the visionary behind Teapot Testing, which grew out of her experiences as an educator. Connie founded to solve the challenges she and her colleagues face and following her belief that educators deserve better, more intuitive tools that keep student learning at the center
Thien Le
Co-Founder & Engineer
Growing up reading to the kids in his mom's Kindergarten class, Thien saw firsthand how impactful great educational experiences can be. He is passionate about building tools that empower educators and improve student outcomes. After graduating from Yale University with degrees in Biomedical Engineering and English, Thien saw Teapot as an opportunity to combine creativity and technical problem-solving to make a real difference in the lives of teachers and students. He is the technical lead behind Teapot and believes that the best products originate from human-centered design.
